Manager Certification Training
CIW certification works on three levels. The
first is the associate level, suitable for
entry level candidates who wish to get
certification on the basic principles of a
Web enabled environment. Professional
level certification is available to more
experienced technicians, in eight
different job role subjects. Master
certification is for people who have
gained Professional status, but have more
experience. Master certification has four
different specializations, of which Web
Site Manager is one, dealing with the
administration of the installation.
Certification is a great way of gaining
recognition of the level of your
expertise, and CIW offers vendor neutral
certification, examining on the principles
and concepts of a particular role. This
means that certification goes beyond the
ability to use a particular vendor's
software or system, and is relevant to any
installation where you may play this
specific role.
